You can't move at frequencies of the radio spectrum and remain visible. It's not possible and it doesn't matter what I think is possible. It's about what brilliant, genius scientists knew was possible, things which haven't been proven wrong in the hundreds of years or decades that they have been around, despite the exponential leap in scientific discovery and the advancement of technology.
